Our Concord Cityplace Instant Delivery is a unique delivery service to the premium members living in the Concord Cityplace condos. You can enjoy the special personal service that brings your desired apparels right on your hand with no hassels. You can select your favorite club dresses and hosiery from our online store at any time and we will delivery them to your door in a few hours*. You can save the shipping cost and significantly cut the waiting time. Guess what, we offer this service absolutely for FREE! 

We also understand your concern on the return. The Instant Delivery service will also make your return easier than ever! Simply email or call us within 24 hours of your purchase and let us know which item(s) you want to return, and we will schedule to pick them up and refund you immediately at your door. What's more, this service is also FREE**.

A few words about our Instant Delivery service. We sincerely value our customers and always put your happiness and satisfaction at the first place. Please understand that we struggle to reduce our operational expenses and ensure you can get the best quality products and services. The detailed return policy can be found from "Returns". We offer the Instant Delivery service for ABSOLUTELY FREE for all deliveries and most of the returns. However, there are occasions that we need to charge a small amount of service fee ($5) only on the non-purchase returns***. But don't worry, you can avoid the service fee by returning the items to our retail store located at 162A Spadina Ave (by McDonald's at the intersection of Queen and Spadina).

1. Login to your account or register a new account if you don't have one.

2. Add your favorite items to your shopping cart.

3. Copy all items (including color/size) from your shopping cart to an email (including total dollar amount after HST) and send this email to us at sales@itsocks.ca (Please do not pay by credit card as we cannot refund your credit card for this service).

4. Please include your name, delivery address and phone number in the email.

5. Please also indicate the best time frame for delivery and we'll try our best to hand the items to you at the earliest time.

6. Please prepare cash/personal cheque upon receiving your delivery. Remaining refund will be given back to you in cash/personal cheque upon return.

We cannot take credit card payment for this door-to-door service. Please prepare cash or personal cheque (cheque value should be the same amount of total payment in your shopping cart) upon receiving your delivery. You will receive a temporary receipt for the payment.

Please email us within 12 hours after receiving the delivery for the return. Kindly include the information of item(s) you would return in the email. We will contact you to arrange the pickup.

Paid in Cash:

Purchase at least one item: you will receive the refund in cash for the total amount you paid, less the item(s) values plus HST. For example, if you purchased 5 items for $113 and you would keep 2 items worth of $40 ($45.2 after HST), you will be refunded for the amount of $113-$45.2=$67.8 in cash.

Non purchase: if you would return all items for the purchase, you will receive the refund in cash for the total amount you paid, less $5 service fee, at your door. Alternatively, you can avoid this service fee by returning all items to our retail store for the full refund. Please check our Return policy before returning the items.

Paid in Personal Cheque:

Purchase at least one item: you will receive back the same cheque you gave, and meanwhile please prepare cash payment for the item(s) you would like to keep.

Non purchase: you will receive back the same cheque you gave, and meanwhile please prepare $5 service fee in cash. Alternatively, you can avoid this service fee by returning all items to our retail store for the full refund. Please check our Return policy before returning the items.

**You don't need to pay anything for the return as long as you purchase at least one item from your order through the Instant Delivery service. Return items must be in original conditions, only for trial purpose. Please refer to our Returns policy for details.

***Non-purchase returns are defined as returns that you would return all items from your order through this Instant Delivery service.
